Common questions
Can I send controlled technical data by email?
No. Nothing export controlled or marked CUI moves through this site or ordinary email. It is exchanged under agreement, in an approved environment, after an NDA and an export control check.
Do you work with firms outside Colorado?
Yes. Program, subcontract and compliance work is largely remote with periodic site visits. Engineering support is staffed to where the work requires.
Do you take 1099 or part-time engagements?
No. We contract as a company: one agreement, one accountable lead, and we carry the employment and flow-down obligations.
We were told our accounting system is unacceptable. Where do we start?
That is one of the most common reasons firms call. Start with the compliance and readiness assessment; the SF 1408 criteria are specific and fixable.
