RW Aerospace is a small firm in Denver, Colorado. We exist because small aerospace companies lose programs more often on scheduling, cost reporting and compliance than on engineering.
What we do
Fractional program management, subcontract administration, compliance assessments and engineering support for small and mid-size aerospace suppliers. We take on the business functions a prime will inspect, so the people who build the hardware can keep building it.
How we are built
A core team handles program, subcontract and compliance work. Independent engineers from a vetted network are engaged per task under RW Aerospace's agreement. The client sees one statement of work, one invoice and one accountable lead.
Operating rules
Leadership
The principals have more than fifteen years each at Tier-1 space primes, on NASA human spaceflight, science and technology demonstration programs. They have sat on the prime's side of the table in supplier reviews, consent packages and audits, which is why the roadmap we hand you reads like the one your customer is working from.
Where we work
Based in Denver. On site along the Colorado Springs to Boulder corridor and remote with firms nationwide.
